By using EverestVPN, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. Everest Soft Tech built the Everest VPN app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Everest Soft Tech at no cost and is intended for use as is.

2. Service Usage & Freemium Model

Our base application is provided for free, utilizing ad networks like Google AdMob to support our infrastructure. Users have the option to upgrade to Premium tiers to remove ads and access specialized, high-speed servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree NOT to use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  • Hacking or unauthorized access to networks or systems.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or participating in DDoS attacks.
  • Violation of intellectual property rights.
  • Engaging in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain top-tier reliability, Everest Soft Tech makes no guarantees regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability of specific servers or speeds.
