Account Deletion

At Everest Soft Tech, we respect your right to privacy and your right to be forgotten. If you no longer wish to use Everest VPN, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Everest VPN application:

  1. Open the Everest VPN app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings or Profile menu.
  3. Tap on Account.
  4. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual deletion by emailing our privacy team:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

"Hello, I would like to request the deletion of my Everest VPN account associated with this email address. Please permanently remove my account and all associated data."

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your registered email address and profile details will be permanently erased.
  • Any active Premium subscriptions tied to your account will be immediately terminated (non-refundable).
  • Your access to all VPN services will be disabled.
  • Any associated support tickets or communications will be securely archived or deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
